The Student Route

Study Permit, Explained

One route, three doors — and a file that must be airtight before it ever reaches IRCC. Here is exactly what we prepare, and prove, on your behalf.

Degree & Diploma Level

Study Permit

The main route for study at a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) across Canada.

  • Letter of Acceptance from a DLI
  • Proof of funds or GIC, evidenced correctly
  • Language ability — IELTS, PTE or TOEFL
  • On-campus work rights included
Required · Most New Students

Provincial Attestation Letter

Most new study-permit applicants need a PAL from the province, issued once your college or university confirms your seat.

  • Issued through your institution after the offer
  • Needed for most undergraduate and college programmes
  • Counted against each province's yearly cap
  • Filed together with your study permit
After Graduation

Post-Graduation Work Permit

Work in Canada after your studies — open work rights, no employer sponsor required.

  • Length tied to your program duration
  • Up to 3 years for eligible programs
  • Open work permit at any skill level
  • A bridge toward permanent residence

Success Stories

Our Client Stories

Two consultancies refused my case after a prior refusal. Ozmark rebuilt my file from the ground up — my Canadian study permit was approved first time.
Areeba S.MSc Finance, University of Toronto
They talked us out of a costlier Toronto option and into a scholarship offer in Alberta. That honesty is why we sent his cousin to them too.
Imran & Nadia K.Parents, University of Alberta scholar
The mock interviews were tougher than the real one. My LOA, GIC and answers were airtight — study permit granted without a single follow-up request.
Hamza R.BSc Computer Science, UBC

Before You Ask

Your Questions, Answered

Clock tower and historic building on a campus in Burnaby, BC
Is the first consultation really free?

Yes — a full sitting with a senior counsellor, in person in Lahore or over a call. You leave with a written assessment of your options whether or not you engage us.

Can you help after a study permit refusal?

Refusal cases are a speciality. We obtain your refusal letter, identify the precise grounds, and rebuild the application to address each one — never a blind resubmission.

Is there still a fast-track Student Direct Stream?

No — Canada closed the Student Direct Stream in November 2024, so every application now goes through the regular study-permit process. Most new students also need a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL). We prepare the GIC, funds and PAL together so your file is complete from day one.

How are your fees structured?

A written, fixed-fee schedule signed before any work begins. No embedded commissions dictate our university shortlists, and no surprise charges appear at permit stage.

Can my family join me in Canada?

Spousal open work permits and dependant rules have tightened and now depend on your program level. We advise on family options at the eligibility stage, so it shapes the plan rather than surprising it.

Still Have Questions?

Universities, GIC, PAL — if anything above is still unclear, ask it directly. A senior counsellor will walk you through your options, confidentially and at no cost.
