- Hotel for every night and a return ticket within your permitted stay, held in hand rather than on a phone.
- Tour operator letters
- Where a package is booked, the operator's confirmation carries real weight at the border.
- Immigration history
- Overstays and refusals in the region are visible to officers and weigh against admission.
e-Visa procedures, fees and border practice change without notice, and entry remains at the discretion of the officer at the border. Every detail here is indicative and is re-confirmed against current Azerbaijani guidance on the day we file.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes — a full sitting with a senior counsellor, in person in Lahore or over a call. You leave with a written assessment of your chances whether or not you engage us.
If the e-Visa is so easy, why do I need help?
Because the e-Visa is not where Azerbaijani applications from Pakistan fail. Entry at Baku is. Travellers with valid e-Visas are refused admission and returned at their own cost, usually for being unable to show funds, a return ticket or a coherent itinerary at the counter. That is the part we prepare you for.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and neither can anyone else. The decision belongs to a visa officer, not a consultant. What we control is the quality and honesty of the file, and whether every question the officer might ask has already been answered inside it. Anyone promising you a guaranteed visa is either lying or planning to fabricate something.
How much bank balance do I need to show?
There is rarely a fixed number. What matters is that the balance credibly covers your trip, has a history behind it, and did not appear days before you applied. A sudden large deposit hurts an application far more than a modest, well-established balance.
How are your fees structured?
A written, fixed-fee schedule signed before any work begins, separate from the e-Visa and consular fees, which you pay directly. No surprise charges appear at submission stage.
