The Caribbean's Best
Value for Families

For a family of four or more, no Caribbean programme comes close. Antigua's UWI fund route was built for larger families — and its five-day residency requirement is the mildest condition in the region.

The Qualifying Routes

Four Ways to Qualify, One Passport

Antigua's structure rewards larger families more than any programme in the region. Side by side, without the brochure gloss — so you can see where your household size, your capital and your timeline actually meet.

The Investment Route

Four Routes, Three Real Choices

Antigua's routes shift in cost depending on how many people are on your application. For a large family, the door you pick matters more here than anywhere else.

01

National Development Fund

From $230,000 · Non-Refundable

A direct contribution to Antigua's national development fund. Nothing to manage afterwards, and usually the quickest path from application to passport for families of four or fewer.

  • Single applicant or family pricing
  • No property to maintain or resell
  • Source-of-funds documentation prepared
  • Typically the fastest route
02

University of the West Indies Fund

From $260,000 · Families of Six or More

Built specifically for larger families. At six applicants or more it undercuts every other route in the region, and includes one year of tuition-free study at UWI for one family member.

  • Designed for families of six or more
  • One year UWI tuition included
  • Lowest per-person cost in the Caribbean
  • Non-refundable contribution
03

Approved Real Estate

From $300,000 · Held 5 Years

Investment into a government-approved development, held for five years, with resale permitted afterwards to another qualifying applicant.

  • Selected from an approved developer list
  • Title registered directly in your name
  • Resale permitted after the holding period
  • Potential rental yield during the hold

Why Ozmark

Counsel,
Not Salesmanship

Antigua is the only Caribbean programme with a residency condition. It is small — but families who aren't told about it in advance find out at the worst possible moment.

Five days, stated on day oneThe one condition other firms leave in a footnote is the first thing we put on the table.

The five-day rule, upfront
Antigua requires five days of presence within your first five years, before the passport can be renewed. We tell you on day one and plan the trip with you.
Family costing done properly
The NDF and UWI routes cross over at a specific family size. We run both numbers for your actual household before recommending either.
No commission-led shortlists
We are paid by you, not by developers. If the NDF serves you better than any approved property on our desk, that is the answer you get.
Transparent case tracking
Submitted, in review, approved — every milestone in plain language, and you hear about a query from us before anyone else.
Confidential by default
Your file touches the smallest possible number of hands. No case is discussed, listed or used as a reference without your written permission.

We are consultants, not tax or legal advisors. Where your case calls for one, we connect you with a qualified professional rather than guessing.

The Ozmark Method · Antigua

From Application to Passport

No two programmes run the same way. This is the Antiguan sequence specifically — route costing before anything is filed, due diligence at the centre, and your qualifying five-day visit planned around your family's calendar.

    Confidential Consultation

A private sitting to understand your goals, your timeline and your family size — before any route is recommended, and before a single fee is discussed.

In Their Words

Those Who Trusted Us

With four children, every other programme priced us out. The UWI route made it possible — and one of them now studies tuition-free.

Before You Ask

Questions, Answered Plainly

Caribbean beach with umbrellas
Is the first consultation really confidential?

Yes — a private sitting with a senior counsellor, in person in Lahore or over a call. Nothing about your case is shared or discussed outside your file, whether or not you engage us.

What is the five-day residency requirement?

Antigua asks that you spend at least five days in the country during your first five years of citizenship, before your passport is renewed. It is the only physical presence condition among the Caribbean programmes, and it is easily satisfied with a single short visit.

When does the UWI route become cheaper than the NDF?

Generally once your application includes six or more people. Below that, the NDF is usually cheaper. We run both numbers for your actual household before recommending either.

What happens if my application is queried?

We respond to the Citizenship by Investment Unit directly and promptly. A query is usually a documentation gap rather than a rejection. We stay engaged with your file until the passport is issued, not just until the application is filed.

Are there tax implications?

Citizenship itself doesn't automatically create a new tax obligation, but your personal situation might. We aren't tax advisors, so where your case calls for one, we connect you with a qualified professional rather than guessing.

Still Have Query or Confusion?

Thresholds, family costing, the five-day rule — if anything above is still unclear, ask it directly. A senior counsellor will walk you through your options, confidentially and at no cost.
