Dominica · Citizenship by Investment
Running since 1993, Dominica has never been the loudest programme in the Caribbean — only one of the steadiest. Strong due diligence, sober pricing, and a passport that has quietly held its reputation for thirty years.
The Qualifying Routes
Dominica keeps the structure deliberately simple. The difference between the two routes is whether you want an asset at the end of it, or nothing to manage at all.
From$200,000
From$200,000
Family of four from$250,000
Figures are indicative entry points and exclude government, due-diligence, processing and passport fees. The Eastern Caribbean programmes raised their minimum thresholds under a joint agreement in 2024 — every figure is re-confirmed against the current Citizenship by Investment Unit schedule on the day we file.
The Investment Route
Both routes lead to the same passport. What most applicants are not told in advance is the third column below — a condition Dominica now applies to every single file.
From $200,000 · Non-Refundable
A direct contribution to the fund supporting Dominica's public projects — hospitals, schools and climate-resilient housing. Nothing to manage afterwards, and usually the quickest route to a passport.
From $200,000 · Held 3 to 5 Years
Investment into a government-approved development — in practice, mostly eco-resort projects. The holding period depends on who you eventually sell to, and that distinction is worth understanding before you buy.
All Applicants 16 and Over
Since 2024, every applicant aged sixteen and above must sit an interview before approval. It is not a formality, and an unprepared answer about your source of funds can stall an otherwise clean file.
Why Ozmark
Dominica's due diligence is among the strictest in the region. That is precisely why the passport has held its value — and why a carelessly assembled file gets found out here faster than anywhere else.
The interview, rehearsedThe step most firms mention in passing is the one we prepare you for line by line.
We are consultants, not tax or legal advisors. Where your case calls for one, we connect you with a qualified professional rather than guessing.
The Ozmark Method · Dominica
From your first sitting to a passport at your door — with the interview treated as a stage in its own right, because on this programme it is.
A private, confidential sitting to understand your goals, timeline and budget — before any route is recommended.
Week 1Honest profiling against Dominica's due-diligence standard, with the fund and property routes costed side by side for your actual household.
Weeks 1–2Funds escrowed, documents notarised and apostilled, and your application filed with the CBIU through a licensed agent.
Month 1–2Background checks coordinated, your interview rehearsed and scheduled, and every query answered before it becomes a delay.
Months 2–5Oath, certificate and passport issuance handled end-to-end, with delivery to your door in Lahore.
Months 4–7Visa-free access is set by each destination and changes without notice. UK access for Caribbean CBI passports has been under review — we reconfirm current access at the eligibility stage of every case.
In Their Words
Nobody had told us there was an interview at all. Ozmark rehearsed it with me twice — the actual one took eleven minutes and felt easy.
They walked us away from a resort unit and into the fund route, and explained exactly why. That cost them a commission and earned our trust.
Every bank credit over five lakh was explained in the file before anyone asked. No queries came back at all.
Before You Ask
Yes — a private sitting with a senior counsellor, in person in Lahore or over a call. Nothing about your case is shared or discussed outside your file, whether or not you engage us.
It is a short conversation, usually virtual, with an officer acting for the unit. Expect questions on how you earned your money, why you want the citizenship, and anything in your file that looks unexplained. It is not designed to trip you up — but a vague answer about your source of funds will slow your file down. We rehearse it with you first.
Three years if you sell on the open market, five if you sell to another citizenship applicant. Most resale demand comes from the second group, so treat five years as the realistic figure when you are planning your exit.
Yes. Spouse, dependent children and qualifying parents can be added, each with their own government fee, and siblings in some circumstances. We map the full family cost before you commit to a route.
Citizenship itself doesn't automatically create a new tax obligation, but your personal situation might. We aren't tax advisors, so where your case calls for one, we connect you with a qualified professional rather than guessing.
We're Listening
Thresholds, the interview, holding periods — if anything above is still unclear, ask it directly. A senior counsellor will walk you through your options, confidentially and at no cost.
