Launch Your British Innovation
We prepare Innovator Founder visa applications, from a business plan built for endorsement to the visa, keeping your idea credible, fundable and ready to grow.
What Is the Innovator Founder Visa?
Build in Britain
The Innovator Founder visa is the UK's main route for entrepreneurs. It replaced the old Innovator and Start-up visas, and it's built for founders with a business idea that is genuinely innovative, viable, and scalable.
The gateway is endorsement: an approved endorsing body must assess and approve your business idea before you apply. This is where most applications succeed or fail — and it's exactly where our expertise makes the difference.
- Settlement (ILR) possible after just 3 years
- No fixed minimum investment amount required
- Work a skilled second job alongside your business
- Bring your spouse and children as dependants

Success Stories
Founders We've Launched
Two endorsing bodies had concerns about my scalability case. Ozmark rebuilt the plan and prepared me for the interview. Endorsed, visa approved.
I did not know the £50k rule was gone. Their assessment showed my idea qualified with far less capital, and my startup is now UK-registered.
The checkpoint meetings worried me most. They prepared my evidence at 12 and 24 months, and now I am applying for settlement after 3 years.
Before You Ask
Your Questions, Answered
What is an endorsing body and why does it matter?
Endorsing bodies are organisations approved by the Home Office to assess whether business ideas meet the innovation, viability, and scalability tests. Without their endorsement, you cannot apply for the visa. Choosing the right body and presenting your idea the way they expect is the single biggest factor in success — and it's the core of our service.
How much money do I need to invest?
There is no fixed minimum investment — the old £50,000 requirement was abolished when this route launched. You need funds that are credible for your specific business plan, plus personal maintenance funds. We advise on a realistic figure during your assessment.
When can I get settlement (ILR)?
After 3 years — making this one of the fastest routes to permanent residence in the UK. You'll need to meet specific business achievement criteria at that point, such as revenue, jobs created, or investment raised. We plan your business milestones around these criteria from day one.
Can I do a job alongside my business?
Yes — Innovator Founders can take secondary employment in a skilled role while building their business. This gives you a financial safety net that the old Innovator visa never allowed.
What are the checkpoint meetings?
You must meet your endorsing body at least at the 12 and 24 month points so they can confirm your business is progressing against your plan. We prepare your progress evidence before each meeting so your endorsement is never at risk.
