OISC-Registered Advisers
Every adviser who touches your file is registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner. No unregulated staff handle case work.
A Strategy Per Case
No two files are alike. We build a route around your actual history, income, absences and goals — not a template that happens to be on the shelf.
Strong Approval Record
Thousands of successful applications across every major UK route, including complex refusals and appeals that other firms had already declined.
Clear, Tracked Process
A named case manager, realistic timelines and regular updates. You always know which stage your file is at and what is needed next.
UK and Pakistan Offices
Local understanding on both ends of the journey — an office your family can walk into in Lahore, and support on the ground once you land.
Free Initial Assessment
Every client starts with a free, no-obligation consultation — including being told when a route is not worth applying for yet.
How it works
From assessment to arrival
A clear, guided path — we handle the paperwork so you can get on with your life.
Free Assessment
A full sitting with a senior adviser. We map your options, flag the risks, and give you a written view of where you actually stand.
Strategy & Documents
We choose the route, list every document it needs, and prepare the evidence — financials, relationship proof, sponsorship, whatever the rules demand.
Submission & Biometrics
The application is filed, fees and the health surcharge are paid correctly, and your biometrics appointment is booked and prepared for.
Decision & Beyond
We track the case to decision, respond to any Home Office queries, and plan the next step — extension, switching route, or settlement.
Before you ask
Questions, answered plainly
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes — a full sitting with a senior OISC-registered adviser, in person in Lahore or over a call. You leave with a written assessment of your eligibility and options, whether or not you engage us.
Are your advisers OISC-registered?
Yes. Every adviser who touches your file is registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner — the UK body that authorises and regulates immigration advice. We do not use unregulated staff for case work.
Can you help after a Home Office refusal?
Refusal and appeal cases are a speciality. We obtain your refusal letter, identify the precise grounds relied on, and advise whether administrative review, a fresh application or an appeal to the First-tier Tribunal is the stronger route — before you commit to any of them.
Which UK immigration routes do you cover?
The six major pathways: Family Visas (spouse, partner, child and parent), Skilled Worker, Student, Innovator Founder, Global Talent, and Global Business Expansion — plus appeals and settlement planning across all of them.
How long does a UK immigration case take?
It depends on the route. Skilled Worker decisions typically take a few weeks; Family Visa applications run considerably longer, and longer again from overseas. Appeals and settlement add their own timelines. We quote a realistic range once we have reviewed your case — not a marketing number.
What is ILR and when can I apply?
Indefinite Leave to Remain is permanent settlement in the UK. Most routes require several years of continuous lawful residence before you are eligible. We plan your ILR timeline from the start — tracking absences, employment changes and qualifying conditions — so you do not accidentally reset the clock.
How are your fees structured?
A written, fixed-fee schedule signed before any work begins — separate from Home Office application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge and biometric fees, all of which you pay directly. No surprise charges appear once the case is under way.
